Using Wizd
Wizd provides document workflow implementation services for business operations. You may use our services for lawful business purposes only and remain responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawful use of the business data and documents you provide.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share your account or allow others to use it.
Acceptable use
You must not use Wizd to:
- Submit documents or data you are not authorised to use
- Use the service to misrepresent, alter, or conceal business records
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the documents, records, and workflow information you provide. By sharing this information, you grant Wizd a limited licence to use it solely to build and operate your workflow. We do not share it with other customers.
Payments and billing
Pricing is agreed on a per-project basis. Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service availability
We aim to keep Wizd running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will notify you of any planned maintenance or significant outages.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
